Born in Colombia, Silvana grew up among a rich food culture and agricultural tradition where making food from scratch was the norm. By bringing together wholesome and nutritious ingredients, Soul Cocina honors age-old traditions and cooking techniques to create unique combinations.

To ensure we respect tradition, we source wholesome ingredients and steam them in banana leaves, creating a flavorful and aromatic product.
