Catering Options

We're available to cater lunch and dinner Monday through Thursday and only lunch on Friday. Due to our participation at the Farmers Markets on Saturday, we're unable to cater events on Friday evenings and all day on Saturday. Thank you for understanding. 

​

We offer three different catering packages detailed below. To place an order, send us an email at veggies@soulcocinatriangle.com. Please include name, phone number, email address, time and date of event, number of people attending, and event address. We will contact you shortly after to  discuss details or to confirm the order.

 

Don't see a package that fits your needs? We're willing to make accommodations! If you're interested in a custom catering order, send us an email and we will come up with a plan that works for you.

Appetizers

  • Pasteles de yuca (appetizer size) $4.75

  • Millet, almond-cream & kale gratin $4.75

  • Yuca puffs with salsa aioli $5

  • Roasted sweet plantains $4.50

  • Salad Cup: forbidden rice with roasted pineapple & organic baby kale in an orange-cumin dressing $3.75

  • Salad Cup 2: spinach, mango, jicama with black beans and quinoa in a cilantro-garlic dressing $3.75

Price per person

  • Option 1: choose 1 salad/appetizer & 1 entree $15

  • Option 2: choose 2 salads/appetizers & 1 entree $19.00

  • Option 3: choose 3 salads/appetizers & 1 entree $22.50

  • Dessert: $4.75 

  • Aguas frescas: $4 per 12 oz cup            15 cups of the same flavor minimum)

Dinner

Minimum Order: $200 Tax: 7.5%

  • Option 3: choose 3 salads/appetizers & 1 entree $25.50

  • Dessert: $4.75 

Notice: We require a 5 day advance notice for catering events of 20 people or less,  8 days advance notice for catering events of more than 20, and 2 weeks notice for catering events of 40 people or more.  We may still be able to fulfill your catering needs on shorter notice, but reserve the right to add a 10% late notice fee to recover our additional costs.

*Our lunch menu is also available for dinner catering requests.

*Price for each option includes compostable utensils, napkins, and plates. We deliver and set up your order- breakdown not included. All service utensils and containers are disposable. Refreshments not included in price. We accept cash, check, and credit card.
