Born in Colombia, Silvana grew up among a rich food culture and agricultural tradition where making food from scratch was the norm. By bringing together wholesome and nutritious ingredients, Soul Cocina honors age-old traditions and cooking techniques to create unique combinations.
Our recipes are characterized by wholesome ingredients and innovative experimentation; drawing inspiration from our Latin-American roots.

In March, we started offering online ordering options distributed on a weekly basis. After the closing of our physical location in the Blue Dogwood Public Market, online ordering has become our new way of sharing our plant-based, latin-inspired creations with you. Here's how it works:
Each Sunday, we update our online store with our inventory for the week. You can then place an order online with one of the following pickup options:
- The Carrboro Farmer's Market on Wednesdays from 3pm to 6pm
- The Durham Farmer's Market on Saturdays from 8am to 12pm
You can also choose to have your order brought to you via contactless home delivery on Fridays during the day. Each order will be ready for your preferred method of pickup the week that you order.
