Born in Colombia, Silvana grew up among a rich food culture and agricultural tradition where making food from scratch was the norm. By bringing together wholesome and nutritious ingredients, Soul Cocina honors age-old traditions and cooking techniques to create unique combinations.

Our recipes are characterized by wholesome ingredients and innovative experimentation; drawing inspiration from our Latin-American roots.

TAMALES

Our gluten-free tamales are made the artisan way: with love, care, and attention to detail.  To ensure we respect tradition, we source wholesome ingredients before steaming them in banana leaves, creating a flavorful and aromatic product. Every bite you take will give you a taste of the rich Colombian heritage our tamales are built on.

AREPAS

Savory grilled corn cakes packed with, crunchy in the outside soft in the inside. Filled with the following options:

VEGGIE BARBACOA TACOS

A medley of seasoned veggies served in soft corn tortillas and topped with salsa, cilantro y red onion

PASTELES DE YUCA

Roasted yuca pockets filled with red lentils, brown rice and spinach
